发明名称 POSITIONING METHOD FOR SCREEN PROCESS PRINTING
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the good printing possible without the misregistering in printed matters caused by the stress in printing, by a method wherein not less than two pieces of pins or holes provided on a screen are fit in the holes or pins provided on the printed matters corresponding to the pins or holes on the screen to be fixedly positioned. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of positioning pins 4 are provided on the back surface of a screen 1 and a positioning hole 5 in which the positioning pin 4 is fit is provided on a printed matter 2. The positional relation between the printing pattern of the screen 1 and the positioning pin 4 is made to be the same as the positional relation between the printing position of the printed matter 2 and the positioning hole 5. Thereby, when the screen is overlapped on the printed matter 2 in printing, the positioning pin 4 is guided to be inserted into the positioning hole 5 and the fixed positioning of the screen 1 and the printed matter 2 can be achieved. In this case, because the accurate positioning is carried out and the screen 1 and printed matter 2 are integrally constituted, the influences due to the curvature of the printed matter 2, the mechanical accuracy of a surface plate 3, etc. are not affected and the misregistering of printing is also not generated.
