PURPOSE:To make a filter changer ever so easy, by installing a space keeping device in the pressure chamber installed separately from a body case, and when a filter is attached, making the pressure chamber adhere closely to this filter, while forming a clearance there at the time of filter detachment. CONSTITUTION:A clean air supply opening 2 is installed in an upper part of the working space 4 formed in a body case 16, on top of which a filter 1 is placed. The pressure chamber 3 formed separately from the body case 16 is placed on an upper part of this filter 1. At both sides of the pressure chamber 3, there is tightly provided with a seat plate 40, and it is clamped to the nut 8 tightly attached to a frame 14 by the screw 6 fitted in the notch. In addition, a seat 7 is locked with a screw to an under-head apart more than plate thickness of the seat plate 40 from a screw head of the screw 6. Therefore, when the filter 1 is changed, a front cover is removed and the screw 6 is loosened to some extent whereby the pressure chamber 3 goes up, thus a clearance is formed between the chamber and the filter 1 so that a filter change is easily performable.
