PURPOSE:To reduce the labor for detaching a filter module of which the lifetime has been exhausted, by holding each filter module in a detachable manner by the connector connected to the opening of a push plate. CONSTITUTION:Each filter module 5 is held in a detachable manner by the connector 21 connected to the opening 16' of a push plate 16 arranged in the same way as the mount opening 12 of the partition plate 2 partitioning a water collection chamber and a treatment chamber. The connector 21 has two legs 23 suspended from the central part of a grip handle 22 longer than the diameter of the opening 16' and the legs 23 have hook part 24 hooking the handles 18, which are fixed to holders 14 crossing the grip handle 22 at a right angle on the way thereof and mutually bent in opposite direction at a right angle, from below. The filter module 5 is detached from the apparatus in order to be replaced by a method wherein the top wall of a treatment tower is detached and the push plate 16 is hung up by a crane and all of the filter modules held to the push plate 16 are upwardly pulled off from the mount opening 12 of the partition plate 2 by the connectors 21 to be taken out to the outside and the connector 21 holding the filter module to be detached is horizontally turned by 90 deg. to release and drop said filter module to be detached.
