<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in a permittivity even if temperature is varied by mixing a specific inorganic material having small dielectric loss, positive temperature coefficient and large ion bondability with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric substrate contains an inorganic material of at least one type selected from halogenide of alkali metal, halogenide of alkali earth metal, MgO, MgF2 and ZnO and a synthetic resin of low dielectric loss. The synthetic resin of the main material of the substrate can use PTFE, polystyrene, polyethylene, polysulfone, polyphenylene oxide, etc. The mixture ratio of the resin with the material depends variably upon factors such as the materials of both and the moldability thereof, and is normally 10-70wt% of inorganic material of total weight of both and preferably 15-55wt%. The concrete examples of the halogenide of the alkali metal used as the inorganic material include LiF, NaF, KCl, KBr, etc., and the concrete examples of the halogenide of the alkali earth metal include CaF2, etc.</p> |
