PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of parts in a case due to their electrification from occurring to perfection over a long period of time, by forming a transparent or semitransparent metallic film layer in an inner surface of the hopper case by means of spattering. CONSTITUTION:A hopper case is divided into two parts as in cases 21 and 22, and molded with a plastic of ABS resin or the like. A metallic film layer is formed in a part where comes to an inner surface of these divided bodies 21 and 22 by means of spattering with a spattering device by an RF magnetron process. And, these divided bodied 21 and 22 are joined with each other and thus the hopper case is formed up. With this constitution, it is transparent enough, insomuch that the state of parts inside is easily seen from the outside, and electric static charge inside the hopper case to be produced because these parts inside the hopper case are stirred up by an air jet is also preventable with the metallic film layer. In addition, this metallic film layer is made up by a spattering process so that its adhesive strength is strong and, what is more, it comes to tenacious film thickness of semitransparence, thus its durability is sufficient enough.
