PURPOSE:To obtain a full time 4 wheel drive vehicle with a large rear-wheel torque distribution ratio at a low coast by providing a planetary carrier in which the diameter of a power transmission bevel gear is reduced, in a transfer case and slightly varying the transaxle of front two wheel driving wheels. CONSTITUTION:Driving force from an engine 1 rotates a planetary gear shaft 5 via a transmission, a drive gear 3, and a final reduction gear 4. Further, it drives right and left front axles 27, 28 independently through right and left sun gears 10, 11 via right and left planetary gears 6, 7. At the same time, right and left double hypoid gears 13, 12 are directly rotated through ring gears 8, 9. The right and left double hypoid gears are formed with two sets of mutually opposite four gears of the same shape, with the diameters of the gears being reduced in accordance with the reducing torque of driven gears 16. Thereby, the right and left front wheels 27, 28 can be placed close to the back of the transverse engine 1, while forming a device to be suited to a two parallel shaft type power train, to obtain a full time 4 wheel drive vehicle at a low cost.
