The invention relates to a wine barrel intended, in the domestic field, to form a container in which the consumer withdraws the drink according to his requirements. According to he main characteristic of the invention, the wine barrel 1 houses in its internal volume 8 a detachable fluid-tight pouch 9 in which the wine is placed such that it is shielded from the air. The body is formed in two parts 10 and 11 which fit together and are made from a heat-insulating material. The tap 5, which is integral with the pouch 9, is fixed to the base 4 of the barrel 1 by the intermediary of a split ring. The invention will be applied, in particular, in the food industry for packaging wine. <IMAGE>
