PURPOSE:To make the contamination of a heat storage material uniform and to reduce the maintenance cost by calculating the contaminated material accumulated quantity in a living room at the time of external air space cooling, and intermittently rotating and inching a rotor having a heat storage material based on the calculated result. CONSTITUTION:When measured values of sensors 6 and 25 and the operational condition of the related apparatus are inputted, a computing portion 9 carries out calculations of an absolute humidity and an entropy. The result of calculation is condition judged by an external air space cooling judging part 10. This result is given to an output part 11 via an interlocking treatment portion 28, and transmission to a feeder 2 and an exhauster 3 and a rotor 5 is performed, thus the rotor 5 inching by a predetermined rotational angle. In this manner, since the rotor is intermittently operated based on the calculation result of the contaminated material accumulation quantity in the residential room at the time of external air space cooling, the contamination of the heat storage material is made uniform, and the number of times of inspection and exchange can be reduced greatly.
