PURPOSE:To perform even complicated transactions and to return articles to be returned even if the acceptance order of transactions is disturbed, by issuing an acceptance number by the accepting processing and storing transaction articles for every acceptance number and returning corresponding articles when the acceptance number is inserted. CONSTITUTION:When the customer operates an operation display part 1b to designate a transaction classification and inserts articles required for the transaction, the acceptance processing of the transaction is performed, and an acceptance number card is issued from a number card issuing means 2, and the acceptance number is stored in an acceptance number memory 12a. The transaction processing is performed in automatic processing machines 3a and 3b based on the acceptance processing, and articles required of the transaction which are transported to an automatic returning machine 4a by a transporting means 7, return articles are classified by transactions and are stored in a stacker 5a. The acceptance number is read out from the memory 12a by a number reporting part 6a and is reported to the customer to call him. When the customer insets the acceptance number cad to a number card receiving part 4b, return articles of this acceptance number are sent out from the stacker 5a and are returned. |
