The plant for the production of suspension feed (wet mash) from bunker silo silage of crushed corn-cob mix (CCM) proceeds by silage removal using a rotary cutter with a subsequent rising conveyor to which is connected a chute which opens out into a charging trough, from which the silage, which has here been processed with water from a feedstuff storage tank to give suspension feed, flows to a buffer tank as a result of gradient of the charging trough and from connected pipe sections, from which buffer tank the suspension feed is transported by a pump to the feedstuff storage tank.
