<p>PURPOSE:To detect the position of a depressed point with a high precision even if the resistance value of an electrode surface on a substrate is large, by forming an electrode on the substrate into a grating shape by patterning. CONSTITUTION:Parts 4 where an electrode 2 is not formed are generated on a substrate 1 by patterning to reduce the area of the electrode 2 on the electrode surface, and the resistance value between electrode terminals 3 and 3 is increased. Two substrates formed in this manner are so arranged that their electrode surfaces face each other with a spacer between them and electrode terminals are orthogonal to each other, thus constituting an input device. Thus, substrates are obtained whose resistance value precision is not degraded even if electrode resistances on substrates are high, and the difficulty on production that electrode resistance values on substrates are increased while keeping them uniform is resolved.</p> |
