PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive transmitter which is easily fitted and adjusted by comparing an analog signal transmitted in proportion to rotating speed of a rotor of a flowmeter with plural reference voltages and transmitting a pulse signal when both are conformed. CONSTITUTION:Since wave output is obtained between terminals T1 and T2 of a magneto-resistance element 7 in proportion to the rotating speed of the rotor of the flowmeter. The output voltage is inputted to a comparator 16 as the sine-wave analog signal via an amplifier 11 and a voltage dividing circuit 12. The input is compared with the reference voltage obtained by dividing the voltage V of the power source 13 by resistances R10-RN. The compared output is outputted from an output terminal 15 in order via a differentiation circuit, a monostable multivibrator 17 and an OR gate 14.
