PURPOSE:A material for rubber with reduced friction, useful as packing, etc., for air cylinder, etc., causing no clogging of oil filter, having low minimum actuating pressure, containing rubber, paraffin and graphite. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. rubber (e.g., synthetic rubber such as SBR, BR, IR, EPM, NBR, ACM, silicone rubber or natural rubber) is blended with usually about 20-70pts.wt. (preferably about 40-60pts.wt) total amounts of three components of (B) paraffin having most preferably about 58 deg.C melting point, (C) graphite and preferably further (D) grease [preferable example; sodium terephthalate shown by the formula (R is alkyl)] to give the aimed material for rubber. EFFECT:Causing not blooming, having small stick slip limit speed. |
