摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively use the evaporation transfer area of an evaporating portion and to increase the condensation heat transfer rate by providing an air bubble nucleus at the lower port of the evaporating portion of a heat pipe, smoothening the inner wall surface at the upper part of the evaporating portion in the blow-up direction, and providing an U-turn portion of a blown up working fluid. CONSTITUTION:At the lower part of an evaporating portion an air bubble nucleus 11 is provided at the lower part of an evaporating portion 1 of a heat pipe, said air bubble nucleus 11 being formed by wedge-shaped grooves 21 in a lattice shape or the surface at the lower part of the evaporating portion 1 to facilitate the generation of air bubbles. The inner wall surface of the heat pipe at the upper part of the evaporating portion is smoothened in the blow-up direction so that a working fluid 9 is easily blown up along the inner wall surface of the heat pipe situated at the upper part of the evaporating portion 1 by air bubbles. In order to increase the heat transfer area of a condensing portion 2, heat transfer fins 12 are provided, and further at the terminal end of the condensing portion 2 a U-turn portion 15 is provided. When a fluid moves back again to the evaporating portion 1, the U-turn is promoted, a condensate is removed by a forcible flow of the fluid and disturbed. By the above construction, the weight lighting and miniaturization and improvement in the function can be realized.
