PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble in an outlet-side trimmer, by providing a trimmer on which a notcher for forming a notch on a scrap at almost the same time as trim is provided adjacently on an edge of an edged tool, between an outlet-side looper and a shearing machine. CONSTITUTION:A winding machine 1, a welding machine 2, an inlet-side looper 3, a descaling device 4, an outlet-side looper 5, a shearing machine 7 and a winding machine 8 are placed successively extending from the inlet side to the outlet side. A trimmer 6 on which a notcher 10 for forming a notch on a scrap 12 at almost the same time as trim is provided adjacently on a lower edged tool 9b is provided between said looper 5 and the shearing machine 7. Accordingly, the scrap is notched at a prescribed interval by the notcher 10 and is cut down. |
