PURPOSE:To execute asynchronous injection at a necessary timing without being affected to a pulsation component in an intake manifold pressure, by detecting a weighted average of the intake manifold pressure completely removing the pulsation component therefrom by changing a weight. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control circuit 44 computes a present intake manifold pressure detected by a pressure sensor 6, a previously detected weighted average of the intake manifold pressure and a presently detected weighted average according to a factor K corresponding to a weight. The weight is changed by changing the factor K to obtain a deviation between a weighted average completely removing a pulsation component therefrom as a reference and a weighted average including the pulsation component. When it is determined that the deviation has become a positive predetermined value or more, fuel is injected from a fuel injection valve 24 asynchornously to a crank angle. Accordingly, asynchronous fuel injection may be executed in concert with start of acceleration.
