There is disclosed a heat sealable container for fruit juices, and a blank for constructing same, having a laminated wall construction of suitable oxygen and ultra violet light ray resistant barriers or layers which are compatible with one another insofar as bonding and sealing are concerned. Such wall construction includes a suitable central bulk layer such as kraft paperboard, foamed thermoplastic sheet, synthetic paperboard, or composite paperboard, with an outer layer of modified polyethylene, an adjacent inner layer of a suitable polyester, and an innermost layer of polyvinylidene chloride.
