PURPOSE:To efficiently cool a generator and miniaturize it and enable high output to be generated, by composing a pump of a fin fitted on the rotor of a generator for a car which is closed by brackets, and by circulating cooling water for an engine. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 3 is closed by fitting a rear bracket 17 and a front bracket 16 firmly on bearings 6, 7 supporting the shaft 2 of the rotor 3 rotatably. The core of the rotor 3 is provided with a fin 25, and a water pump is formed. By rotating the rotor 3, the cooling water of the main unit of an engine is absorbed through an inlet 26, and is circulated to cool the respective sections of a generator as shown by arrow heads, and is fed to an outlet 27, and is fed back to the main unit of the engine. As a result, the generator is efficiently cooled, and the device is miniaturized, and noise is attenuated.
