PURPOSE:To quickly set a draining core by a method in which the draining core is held by a tube, and the tube is lowered through a flexible line by an oil-pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When oil-pressure cylinders 7 and 8 are extended under a condition that a draining core 17 is held by a tube 3, a block 9 is raised. The right- side portion of a flexible line 16 is moved at a speed two times that of the block 9 to penetrate the tube 3 with the core 17 into the ground. When the cylinders 7 and 8 are contracted thereafter, the block 9 goes down, and the tube 3 is pulled out by leaving the core 17 under the ground. The setting of the draining core 17 can tube be completed with high speed.
