PURPOSE:To simplify and secure the mounting and demounting of the rotor of an electricity generator, by fitting the step of the end portion of a crankshaft with the generator rotor and a cylindrical member, on the peripheral surface of which a motive power transmission means is provided, and by using a nut to clamp the rotor and the cylindrical member together. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 5 is provided with a step 5a different in diameter from the original portion of the crankshaft, to fit the crankshaft with the engaging claw support plate 6a of a one-way clutch 6 for starting, a bushing 7, a distance collar 8, the centrifugal shoe support plate 9a of a centrifugal clutch 9 for driving an engine, and the rotor 10 of an electricity generator. A collar 11 is overlapped with the inside surface of the rotor 10. A clamping nut 12 is screwed on the crankshaft 5 to clamp and conjoin the rotor 10 and the collar 11 together. Since the bushing 7, the distance collar 8 and the generator rotor 10 are secured by the clamping force of the nut 12, the crankshaft is allowed to be a straight round bar and is not required to have a tapered surface as conventional crankshafts. A mounting device, which can better deal with the quantity of screwing-in, is thus easily and cheaply manufactured. With the device, assembly and disassembly are easy. |
