PURPOSE:To readily form a circuit by projecting terminal pins buried fixedly from a substrate, and connecting a circuit formed on the substrate with the pins to omit the step of electrically connecting, and to eliminate the connecting space and the number of steps of fixing the pins. CONSTITUTION:Terminal pins 2 are mounted on a synthetic resin molded substrate 1 by insert molding to eliminate the steps of forming pin holes, and press-fitting terminal pins to the pin holes. Accordingly, the pins can be fixed to the substrate 1 with less number of steps. In case of forming the substrate 1, a circuit 3 is simultaneously formed integrally with the substrate 1 to become the circuit 3, a lead frame 3a is set in a metal mold together with the pins 2, resin is injected in the mold in this state. Thus, in case of molding the substrate 1, the pins 2 are insert-molded and the lead frame 3a is insert-molded integrally to the substrate in the state that the lead frame 3a is connected in contact with the heads 9 of the pins 2. |
