PURPOSE:To reduce a necessary space and miniaturize devices by controlling rotational speed and phase of rotational parts using one detecting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:One magnetic head 24 is arranged near a multi-pole magnet ring 23. Signal 24a detected by the magnetic head 24 is divided into two systems, and one is inputted to a first monostable multivibrator 25 and other is inputted to a second monostable multi vibrator 28. Pulse 27a from AND circuit 27 is inputted to one input end of a phase comparator 9, and reference signal from a reference signal generator 3 is supplied to other input end of the phase comparator 9. The phase control signal 9a is introduced together with rotational speed control signal 8a from a speed detector 8 into an adder 10, output of the adder 10 is applied through a motor control circuit 2 to a motor 1. |
