<p>PURPOSE:To realize rapid and secure synchronous throwing-in control, by a method wherein if phase coincidence signal is not generated in lapse of a definite time after coincidence of voltage and frequency, frequency change command signal is outputted. CONSTITUTION:When phase coincidence signal is not generated but voltage coincidence signal and frequency coincidence signal are generated simultaneously, a timer element 6 starts timing operation through AND gate 32. If condition is not varied in lapse of a definite time T1 after the above-mentioned time, output of the timer element 6 is inverted and a switch 7 is turned on. As a result, auxiliary setting input DELTAN is inputted to an adjusting device 91, and setting of frequency is changed to No+DELTAN. In lapse of a definite time T2, the timer 6 is reset to the initials state. If the phase coincidence signal is not yet generated at this time point, the timer 6 starts the timing operation again.</p> |
