A load-shedding device with moulded case (10) comprises a printed circuit board (28) carrying all of the components housed inside the case. The board (28) carries a printed power circuit connecting the load-shedding relays (38, 40) to the input conductor (30). The board (28) also carries a printed circuit for controlling and processing the signal furnished by a sensor (32) for measuring the current absorbed by the equipment.
