PURPOSE:To efficiently execute a specifications preparing work by deciding at an earlier time which is easier by correcting an existing system flow chart to prepare the system flow of a purpose or by preparing it newly. CONSTITUTION:The editor to handle a system flow chart must come to be a graphic editor to handle a graphic such as a function, file and slip from a viewpoint of the character while a simple text editor is insufficient. For such a reason, when the chart is written onto the paper and corrected, the operation seems to be simple, and to correct the chart while a logical consistency is kept to execute the automatic generation needs the labor that logical information must be inputted at each time and takes time unexpectedly. Then, the function and the input output/pattern of the system flow chart to be corrected are referred to and in comparison with a small number of the keyword to show the contents to be corrected, the facility of correction is probably estimated. Thus, the labor to correct and make the chart and the labor to made it newly can be compared and the specifications preparing work can be efficiently proceeded.
