PURPOSE:To accomplish a slip control without adversely affecting an air-fuel ratio and a fuel consumption, by providing a drive control circuit for controlling a throttle valve according to the result of comparison between a reference speed and a wheel speed. CONSTITUTION:A drive control circuit 30 receives various detection signals from a left driven wheel speed sensor 27, a right driven wheel speed sensor 28 and a driving wheel speed sensor 29. At acceleration of a vehicle, the drive control circuit 30 outputs a driving signal to a DC motor 12 for adjusting an opening angle of a second throttle valve 14, so as to obtain a maximum acceleration with no acceleration slip, thus executing a slip control. In this manner, undue slip condition may be avoided without adversely affecting an air-fuel ratio and a fuel consumption.
