PURPOSE:To absorb the imbalance between a rotor and a shaft with the slide of a sliding member over a shaft by sliding and contacting the other section on the shaft side of the rotor to a shaft by a sliding material. CONSTITUTION:The rotation is directly transmitted to a fan 20, the load. By arranging a set of ball bearings 11 on the load side of a rotor 10, the movement between the rotor and a shaft 2 is controlled and the balance is kept on the load side as much as possible. At the end of the opposite side of the load of the rotor 10 a sliding member 14 is arranged so that the imbalance between the rotor 10 and the shaft 2 may be absorbed by the slide of the sliding member 14 over the shaft 2. Consequently, as the motor can be composed of a set of ball bearings to rotatably support it, the thickness of a flat motor can be reduced accordingly.
