PURPOSE:To contrive to facilitate the extraction of drain by providing a valve body, which contacts with the opening of a drain extraction port provided at the bottom part of a lower side casing, by making the upper casing support, while providing a forcing member to force this valve body in the opening pressing direction. CONSTITUTION:When holding up an upper side casing 14 with a hoist or the like after removing bolts 50, a valve body 50, which contacts with the opening of a drain extraction port 20 provided at the bottom of a lower casing 12 and is supported by an upper casing 14, is elevated and separated from the drain extracting port 20 and drain inside a pump casing 10 is extracted. Accordingly only by the extremely simple operation of holding up an upper casing 14, drain extraction can be executed without using a remote control device having complicated constitution. Further inspection and repair can be easily and rapidly executed by pulling out the valve body 54 from the pump and the inspection and repair of the pump itself can be executed at the same time.
