PURPOSE:To obviate grazing on a medium side and the generation of a conveyance defect by coating a hot-melt adhesive agent on a release type substrate then transferring the same to one medium and joining such medium to the other medium by the hot-melt adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:The medium 14 which is formed with fine signal bits on a substrate 11 and is further formed with a reflection film 12 consisting of aluminum, etc., is manufactured. A film formed by preliminarily and uniformly coating the hot-met adhesive agent 13 on a release film 15 is superposed on the medium 14 as shown by an arrow 16. The medium and the layer are pressed while the adhesive agent layer 13 has the substantial temp. to thoroughly unite the same. The release film 15 is stripped. The other medium 14 transferred with the hot-melt adhesive agent 13 in the same manner is joined thereto, by which the objective optical disk is obtd.
