A copper alloy is prepd. for use as material for electronic and electric machine parts. 0.05-1.0 wt.% of titanium, 0.07-2.6 wt.% of iron, 0.005-0.5 wt.% of magnesiem, 0.01-0.05 wt.% of antimony, vanadium, zirconium, indium, zinc, tin, nickel, 0.05-0.2wt.% of aluminium and 0.005-0.07 wt.% of phosphorus are mixed with copper to give the copper alloy. Titanium gives improved heatresisting property; conductive property and mechanical strength to the copper alloy.
