HEAD DRIVER

PURPOSE:To satisfy the requirements to a head driver and at the same time to simplify the working structure of the head driver, by using the 1st and 2nd plate springs. CONSTITUTION:A groove 11d is formed mechanically at the position where a circular sleeve 19 is opened toward a hole to which the annular sleeve 19 is fitted slidably within a lower actuator housing part 11b. Then a leaf spring 14 is pushed into the groove 11d. A bend part 14b is provided to increase the angle at which the spring 14 touches a part close to the bottom of the groove 11d. Thus the form of the bearing point of the part 14b is decided more clearly. The annular sleeve 19 is fitted into a hole of the part 11b with a slight tolerance. Therefore the power needed to apply the lateral load force to a desired lower bearing structure 17 can be minimized. Then the spring 14 is set at a proper position to the sleeve 19. A bowl-shaped circular spring 20 or a bow- shaped plate spring is used to produce the load of axial direction that ensures the axial rigidity.
