PURPOSE:To output both incoming circularly polarized wave and a linearly polarized wave as a linearly polarized wave by arranging plural plate dielectric blocks in a tube of a cylindrical waveguide side by side so as to form the dielectric blocks freely turnably around the axis of the waveguide. CONSTITUTION:Two support cylinders 2a, 2b are arranged in the cylindrical waveguide 1 side by side in the axial direction. The cylinders 2a, 2b are made turnable freely individually around the axis. The plate shaped dielectric blocks 3a, 3b are fixed axially to the cylinders 2a, 2b. The cylinders 2a, 2b are turned properly in response to the form of polarization of an incoming radio wave and the blocks 3a, 3b are selected to a proper position. Thus, the incoming circularly polarized wave and linearly polarized wave are outputted as a linearly polarized wave.
