PURPOSE:To eliminate the limitation that the discriminating job between a mark sheet and an original and the size of the mark sheet is matched with the size of original by using an original carrying means (original tray) for an original different from a specific original (mark sheet) for controlling original read and inputting the original. CONSTITUTION:Plural originals 113 corresponding to plural original input sheet marks 112 are set respectively to the 1st original tray 101 and the 2nd original tray 102 and the 1st mark sheet 114 is placed to an original platen 104 at first. In sending an optical system 106 toward the arrow 107, the information pattern of the mark sheet 114 is read and a picture read section 105 transfers the address information to a controller when any mark exists. The controller collates the address information with the format and attribute information obtained from a host device, controls a feeding mechanism 116, a picture read section 105, a picture processing section and a data transmission section based on the control information described in the mark sheet 114 to start a series of processings from the read of the original picture to the data transmission. |
