PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity and the durability by disposing a conductive rubber layer including silver on both surfaces of a piezorubber sheet, laminating a carbon conductive rubber electrode on the respective silver conductive rubber layers on both the surfaces to have five layers and vulcanizing the five layer lamination to integrate them. CONSTITUTION:Crude rubber is melted on both the surfaces of an unvulcanized plate shape piezorubber 1 with a solvent such as toluene to liquefy it, further the silver conductive rubber 2, 2 obtained by sequentially adding a vulcanizing agent and completely stirring are coated to evaporate the solvent. Then, the carbon conductive electrodes 3, 3 (unvulcanized) are adhered to the silver conductive rubbers 2, 2 on both the surfaces of laminate the five layers and the lamination of the five layers is pressed and vulcanized by a press vulcanizer to integrate them. Thereby, the integrated form without a separation is obtained and the silver excellent in the conductivity is contained, so that, the electric performance, especially, a hydrophone constant such as dh, gh is improved.
