PURPOSE:To simplify the assembly of a valve by heating the annular fitting part of a female part to soften it, and pressing a male part into the female one with lubricant exsisting between the outer periphery of a diaphragm and the annular fitting part. CONSTITUTION:A female part 13 is formed in a valve main body 1, and its annular fitting part 14a is heated to be softened. On the other hand, lubricant is applied to the outer periphery 18 of a diaphragm, and an upper cover 2 and the fitting part of the diaphragm 6 are pressed into the female part 13. Thus, the annular fitting part 14b on the outer periphery side of a male part and an annular fitting part 14a on the inner periphery side of the female part 13 are mutually fitted. Therefore, a method for assembling the valve can be simplified, and mandays required for its assembly can be lessened.
