PURPOSE:To obtain a microwave equipment with simple structure, suppressing a waveguide mode and having a broad band characteristic by fixing a case main body to a pedestal while the case main body is in contact with a carrier plate flat part electrically. CONSTITUTION:A conductor case 16 consists of an upper side case main body 17 and a lower fitting pedestal 18, to which microwave circuits 6a-6c are screwed. A window opening 17a of a width (b) is opened to the case main body 17 and the lower face of the case main body 17 is in contact with carrier plate flat parts 4a, 4b of the microwave circuits 6a-6c and fixed to the mounting pedestal by screw or solder while being in continuity electrically. The width of the window opening 17a of the case 16, that is, the case inner wall width (b) is formed to be small value close to the width of the dielectric base 1 and the waveguide mode is suppressed to a high frequency decided by the width (b). Since the carrier plate 4 of the microwave circuits 6a-6c is short-circuited by the case main body 17, the stimulation of the waveguide mode is suppressed completely among them.
