PURPOSE:To promote the machining of high accuracy, by mounting a pressing jig, equipped with a square jig and a coil spring pressing a work to said square jig, to a parallel base board. CONSTITUTION:This pressing jig comprises a pressing pin 15, coil spring 17 and a pressing pin holder 16. And a square jig 12 provides a high accurate degree of right angle (90 deg.+ or -5'). Here an assembled accurate-parts machining jig, being heated to about 90 deg.C, applies wax 5 to a right angular part, formed by the square jig 12 and a parallel base board 13, and closely attaches a work 1 to this applied part, and the machining jig, while it fixes a surface of the work 1 to be pressed to the square jig 12 by the pressing pin 15 having the coil spring 17, solidifies the wax 5. As a result, the machining jig, which causes no change of dimensions through a process after the wax is dissolved till it is solidified and adhesively attached, enables the machining of high accuracy to be performed. |
