<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an injection molded vessel composed of a blended material which is superior in resistance to gas permeability and mechanical strength, by a method wherein two-dimensional thin layers of a specific saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer are laminated within a matrix of saturated polyester in parallel with a wall surface of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:An injection molding machine provided with a single shaft extruding machine for which attention has been paid so as to avoid additional and intense mixture is charged with a dry blended article composed of combination of 97-70wt part unsaturated polyester and 3-30wt part EVOH and a vessel is obtained by applying orientation blowing to parison obtained through injection molding. A large number of spheres wherein thin layers of a saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer are laminated in parallel with a vessel wall surface are contained within a matrix of unsaturated polyester in at least a wall material of the belly part of the vessel; as for a saponified material of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in the sphere, its mean thickness is 0.001-1mu, means aspect ratio is more than 5 and laminated structural index is more than 5.</p> |
