摘要 PURPOSE:To improve facial accuracy of a finished face by making lap coating and grinding unnecessary, by fusing a fluorine having hot flowability to a cylindrical article through an intermediate layer having adhesive force to both of them. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine series polymer having hot flowability is fused to a cylindrical article through an intermediate layer having adhesive force to both of the said fluorine polymer and the cylindrical article. In this instance, the cylindrical article 6 to which a coating of the intermediate layer has been applied is heated at a temperature of more than the softening point of a polymer to be used for the said intermediate layer and the fluorine polymer is fused to the cylindrical article 6 through extrusion coating of the same by making use of an extruding machine having a crosshead 3. As the fluorine polymer, for example, a tetrafluoroethylene-parfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer or a vinylidene fluoride polymer can be mentioned and as the cylindrical article 1, a metallic roll or a rubber roll or a ceramic roll can be exemplified. As an intermediate layer, a coating layer composed of polyether sulfone resin or polyamide resin or the other polymer can be mentioned.
