PURPOSE:To prevent harmful vibration from being transmitted to machinery by disposing a controllable air spring actively working on vibration to be removed between machinery and a base. CONSTITUTION:Vibration detectors 10, 11 are fixed on a base 2 and an machinery mount 5. The detection signals are input to a signal processing portion 12, and the results obtained from vibration detecting input signals from the vibration detectors 10, 11 are processed to be optimal. The optimal processing signal is output through a power amplifier 13 to a control actuator 14 fixed to an air spring mount 3. At this time, in order to control an air spring 4 in such a manner as to minimize displacement of the machinery mount 5, that is, signal output of the vibration detector 11, the control actuator 14 controls a diaphragm 15 fixed to the lower face plate of the air spring 4. |
