PURPOSE:To prevent entry of a powdery matter into a valve seat so as to allow smooth operation of a valve by providing, on a upper valve seat receiver, the valve seat energized toward a valve body by a spring. CONSTITUTION:A upper valve seat receiver 26 is provided on the inflow port 11 of a valve casing 10 and a lower valve seat receiver 16 is supported on the peripheral edge of an outflow port 12 in the bottom face of the valve casing 10 via an arm 15, so as to be opposed to the upper valve seat receiver 26. A valve body 20 having a communication hole 30 is disposed slidably between both valve seat receives 16, 26 and a valve seat 17 energized toward the valve body 20 by a spring is provided on the upper valve seat receiver 26. Then, entry of powder matter into the valve seat 17 is prevented and since the matter entering between the valve seat 17 and the valve body 20 is introduced to the outlet port 12 under the valve casing 10, smooth operation of the valve can be achieved.
