PURPOSE:To reduce noise by providing a lock arm on a lock member capable of rotating relatively to an outer hub and spline-engaging same with an inner hub to enable relative motion of an outer hub flange and the inner hub at the time of low-speed rotation and unite the outer hub flange and the inner hub in a body at the time of high-speed rotation. CONSTITUTION:An outer hut flange 5 and an inner hub 6 are connected in such a manner that spline teeth 5a, 6a are engaged with each other with gaps in front and in rear in the rotating direction to rotate relatively. A lock member 9 with a lock arm 12 is engaged with a step portion 5b of the side of the outer hub flange 5, and the end portion 12a is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the lock member 9 by a helical spring 14. A spline tooth 9a is provided on the lock member 9 and connected to relatively rotate similarly to the outer hub flange 5. Accordingly, the outer hub flange 5 and the inner hub 4 can be rotated relatively at the time of low-speed rotation, and united in a body at the time of high-speed rotation to reduce noise and prevent hiccup phenomenon.
