PURPOSE:To make flow change easy by using hole openings which are formed in predeterminate throttle ratios on a movable partition by etching technique as a throttling mechanism, and changing over the said hole openings. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical movable partition 1 for changing over a throttle ratio is provided on the way of a flow passage from an inlet port 4 to an outlet port 5 in a main body 3. An etching plate 2 having the necessary number of throttle ratio adjusting holes drilled in required diameters by etching is fixed to the cylindrical inner surface of the cylindrical movable partition 1. The cylindrical movable partition 1 is rotated by operating a changing over handle 9 so that the said adjusting hole having a required throttle ratio may move onto the side of a sealing member 6. Therefore, required flow rate can be promptly and accurately obtained.
