PURPOSE:To keep secrecy by optionally changing key display before the input of a secret code. CONSTITUTION:Receiving an input request signal from a host device 20, an input device 10 is turned to an input enable state and function display data are sent from a display control part 13 to a display part 12 as a display signal. On the other hand, an input signal corresponding to a depressed key is sent to a key code conversion part 14 and the conversion part 14 converts the input signal into a corresponding key code based upon the function display contents specified from the display control part 13 and sends the converted key code to the host device 20. Since the key display is optionally changed before the input of a secret code, the depressed key function can not be detected even if the position of the depressed key is detected from the external, so that the secretness can be held. |
