PURPOSE:To provide the title ompsn. having excellent adhesion and blocking resistance, consisting of a propylene polymer, an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, an impact-resistant styrene polymer and a hydrogenated derivative of an arom. vinyl compd./conjugated diene block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:1-20% (by weight; the same applied hereinbelow) at least one propylene polymer (A) having a comonomer content of not more than 15% and an MFR of 0.01-100g/10min selected from the group consisting of PP and block copolymers or random copolymers of propylene with ethylene or an alpha-olefin is blended with 25-93% ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having a vinyl acetate content of 5-35% and an MFR of 0.5-40g/10min, 5-30% impact-resistant styrene coplymer (C) having an MI of 0.1-50g/10min and 1-25% hydrogenated arom. vinyl compd./conjugated diene block copolymer (D) having an arom. vinyl compd. content of 5-85%, a degree of hydrogenation of not lower than 70% and an MI of not lower than 20g/10min. The mixture is melt-kneaded at 160-300 deg.C.
