PURPOSE:To attain a good recording without being affected by gravity by enabling the access position of a recording head to change in a direction that does not coincide with that of the gravity in a usual camera position. CONSTITUTION:A pen 36 that is mounted selectively or in advance on a magnetic head 91 is the one to record visually a locus pictured by the magnetic head 91 on a magnetic disk. A counterweight 39 having the same weight as that of a part at the right side consisting of the head 91 and the pen 36 is provided at the left side, and those parts of the 36, the 91, and the 39 are supported pivotally in such a way that they can oscillate against a holding member 33 through a pin 40. Therefore, even when an electronic photographing apparatus or an electronic picture reproducing device is placed upside down, the magnetic head 91 can be brought into contact with the magnetic disk without fail by the function of the counterweight 39.
