The machine consists of a tilting arm which turns coaxially with the turret plate; a friction roller on the end of an arm, the other end of which is connected to the shaft of a cylinder; a pulley rotating on the shaft of the turret lever on a bearing; a motor; belts passing round the pulley and a pulley mechanism, and around pulley and pulley fixed to the motor drive shaft.
