CONSTITUTION:Rice cake is incorporated with lactic acid bacteria [e.g., Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Sporolatobacillus, etc., preferably fermentation type lactic acid bacteria] to preserve rice cake from decay. |
