PURPOSE:To form well-defined printed matter by providing the second thermal resistors in a linear form on an electric insulating material covering a line of the first thermal resistors so that some of the second thermal resistors may overlap the first thermal resistors. CONSTITUTION:The first group of thermal resistors 161, 162 are provided by arranging thermal resistors in a linear form between common electrodes 13 and electrodes 141, 142 by a means such as evaporation. A protective film 17 consisting of a electric resistance material is formed on the first group of thermal resistors 161, 162. Further the second group of thermal resistors 181, 182 are provided on the protective film 17 by arranging the second group in a linear form between the common electrodes 13 and electrodes 151, 152 by a means such as evaporation so that the first group of thermal resistors may overlap some of the second group of thermal resistors, for instance, the thermal resistor 161 and the thermal resistor 181 may form a X pattern. |
