PURPOSE:To obtain seasoned sea tangle having good flavor and fragrance, by boiling desalted sea tangle with seasoning stock, finely grinding, extending the ground sea tangle into a thin lamellar state, drying, applying tangle flake powder on the lamellar sea tangle, bonding the tangle flake powder to the lamellar sea tangle and cutting the bonded tangle into a desired size. CONSTITUTION:Desalted sea tangle is boiled with seasoning stock comprising soy sauce and a sweetener as main components, finely ground, thinly extended into a lamellar state, dried and tangle flame powder a2 is bonded to surface of seasoned sea tangle a1 cut into a desired size. The tangle flake powder a2 is applied and bonded by pressure to the surroundings of the seasoned sea tangle a1 so that it is bonded to the seasoned sea tangle in such a way that it is not readily dropped from the surface of the seasoned sea tangle. |
